📦 Shipping Policy (Memoria Columbaria)


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • In the case of custom or made-to-order products, processing and production times may vary. Customers will be notified individually about estimated delivery dates.


Domestic Shipping (United States & European Union)

  • Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited options are available at checkout (where applicable).

  • Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Large architectural products (such as columbaria modules) are shipped via freight carriers with white-glove delivery options.


International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping, including to North America, Europe, and Asia (including Korea).

  • International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 10–20 business days.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

  • For freight shipments, customers will be contacted directly by the carrier to schedule delivery.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some oversized or heavy products may have limited delivery options. Customers will be contacted if special arrangements are required.


Delays & Exceptions

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier delays may impact delivery.

  • If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.


Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right through replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the case.

  • Claims for damages during shipping must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
